Synopsis
In the aftermath of the ‘October Crisis’ – in which two politicians were kidnapped by the Front de Liberation du Quebec and the War Measures Act was declared by Prime Minister Trudeau – parallel plots follow a police informant in Montreal, and a reputable playwright in Vancouver.
