The Twelfth House

In 2012, The Twelfth House was established as a merger between two Toronto-based theatre artists, Sean Frey and Amy Siegel, with the mandate of investigating how theatre, projection art, experimental film and audience-immersive performance could work together in the creation of work that is provocative, magical and visually interesting. The Twelfth House strives to challenge conventional methods of storytelling while exploring themes of transformation, loss, and transcendence.

In the summer of 2014 we premiered our first production,The Water Thief, as part of the SummerWorks Performance Festival where it received the Contra Guys Award for New Performance Text. (cargocollecgive.com)
