Idiot Presents is an international production company from Australia and the USA. Play Actually, it’s first original theatre piece, was created by Tim Monley (Australia) and Katy Houska (USA) with assistance from Mark Winstanley (UK). They all met while studying at l’Ecole Philippe Gaulier in France. Before those studies, Katy was based in Albuquerque and worked as an artist and producer in theatre and film, mostly with Tricklock Theatre Company. Tim is known for creating interactive theatre experiences for festivals around the world, most recently including The Game and Ninja Theatre at Woodford Folk Festival, Queensland, Australia. Mark Winstanley is co-founder of Clown Lab in Manchester, UK.
They are all self-professed professional idiots.
