Winterbird Arts is a Toronto-based company that produces theatre, film, and events. Samantha Hayes and Kate Werneburg are the co-artistic directors. They met while captaining, and soon discovered their artistic curiosity and skills could be used jointly to great effect. They have a passion for new work, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and fellowship amongst female artists.
