Synopsis
Life can be a painful experience. We are born helpless and totally dependent on others for our comfort and survival. We suffer stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, conflict, war. But we can also experience joy, happiness, comfort, love, creativity, gratitude, and pleasure. Unfortunately, even when we have grown, we may not have learned how to keep ourselves in a good mood! We may have developed patterns of behavior that help us get along, but deprive us of the full possibility of aliveness.
