Synopsis
In a fight, my mom will beat your mom; in a kitchen, she’d just feed her. Based on playwright Helen Knight’s real experiences of growing up in a low-income home, The Art Of Kneading blends together stories about hunger, hearth, and home. A millennial tries her hand at artisanal baking, a naive nurse strives to save all (yes, all) of Africa, and an Irish immigrant makes a life in the New World.
