Synopsis

Developed through Buddies In Bad Times Theatre’s Ante Chamber Playwrights’ unit and the Banff Playwrights’ Colony, My Fellow Creatures is an examination of the nature of adult men who love children. The play ventures into dark and explosive territory without offering simple answers. The story, told through the eyes of these men, compels its audience towards empathy, while laying bare the recurring cycle of pain and abuse which exists within this illicit world. A raw, honest and thoughtful portrayal, My Fellow Creatures asks us to face difficult questions about love, consent, vengeance and acceptance. (Show Facebook Event)
