Synopsis
A two-story community-knitted beanstalk, a magic harp who likes to imagine her audiences naked, a frustrated wife who’s discovered “bigger isn’t better”, two puppets (one of them GIANT) and a fabulously fluid narrator who just wants to keep the show from falling off the stage.
Mixing ribald humour and some thought-provoking questions JACK’d, a Thief, a Murder, some Sex and a BEANSTALK! challenges us to laugh at ourselves while we question the stories we tell, especially the ones we tell ourselves. (fringetoronto.com)
