Synopsis
The Hungriest Woman in the World is a curious navigation of futility and meaning fuelled by a woman who inadvertently escapes from the confused loneliness of her real life into an audacious, seductive world of theatre and art. The production follows Aimee, who goes to see a play alone when her husband Rob refuses to join her. Her evening at the theatre tumbles into absurdity with dancing octopuses, overly intimate strangers, and drunken mistakes. (toronto.com)
