Synopsis
1983: A salon in a mall in a dying city is the hub of an isolated sub-culture obsessed with consumerist “new age” spirituality. A stylist, inspired by Wham!, European flare, and a VHS copy of Ali McGraw’s “yoga: mind & body”, inspires trainees and clients alike to explore and express their true selves. (summerworks.ca)
