Death of a Chief examines the legacy of colonization, and the impact on the Native community of ambition and in-fighting. Using the text of Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar, this brand new adaptation endeavors to spark a process that reconfigures political hierarchies and makes society’s leaders more accountable to the people.
