Synopsis
In a claustrophobic Muskoka cottage, Marla has an apocalyptic premonition. She kidnaps and lures her sexually confused daughters to join her in a sacrificial supper. Holding a funhouse mirror up to our own urban unease, this contentious comedy begins in chaos, travels into the absurd and ends in stark reality. (2008 Summerworks Festival Program)
